When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.
I was residing in East London, South Africa before Vietnam and we dont have an ISKCON centre there yet as the Hare Krishna community there is quite small, so we had home programmes. I was introduced to the other devotees by Vrajabasi Das (who is now temple pesident in Cape Town and was also living in East London at the time). From East London I know Acyuta Kesava Das (Keshav Panday) and his wife Anesha Panday as well as other East London devotees.

I'm an English teacher recently relocated to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I am also a musician, vocal and percussion. I have a four year old daughter who I am doing my best to raise in Krishna consciousness.
What are your expectations from this community?
To associate with like minded people and learn as much as I can, as well as serve others and share any knowledge that others will find useful.
