I sing the mahamantra without a mala

When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

In 1970 a devotee in Vancouver invited me to the Sunday feast and gave me a card of the mahamantra. I have never forgotten the gentleness and sincerity of this devotee.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

Boston is the temple nearest my home, but unfortunately beyond my driving range and I seldom have an opportunity to visit.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

I deeply respect Sacinandana Swami and love to listen to his discourses and bhajans. My three little parrots are my "Vrindavan" companions in my home. H.G. Jagattarini Mataji is my favorite spiritual artist and 'blogger'.

What are your expectations from this community?

As I have very little opportunity for contact with devotees in person, I hope I may be able to ask some questions and clarify my understanding, as well as enjoy all the wonderful resources.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

My sincere good wishes are ever with the Lord's devotees! I hope that my open mind and heart may add something, however humble, to this online community. If I could contribute favorite quotes from Sacinandana Swami for the joy of all, this seva would be very meaningful to me.
