Daily number of rounds of Hare Krishna mahamantra.

It varies, but sometimes it's enough to get repetitive strain injury in my hands when using mala beads. Average (estimate) 6 - 10 Japa rounds. I mostly tend to 'shravanam kirtanam' (listen to Kirtan music).

When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I started reading the Bhagavad Gita over 10 years ago. After the first year or so of reading it and experimenting with the Mahamantra I met a girl on the street who was wearing an ISKCON hoodie. I recognised the logo and started speaking with her, mentioning that I was reading the Bhagavad Gita. She invited me to monthly sankirtan sessions, and I've been in devote association more regularly since then, including visiting temples. I'm registering on this website now so that I may have access to Ebooks, etc. and other content. I own hard case copies of Srimad Bhagavatam, Caitanya-caritāmṛta, and also have many other Prabhupad books to be studying.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

London Soho: Dayal Mora Das Ananta Kripa Dhirodatta Das Bhakta Ben Watford: Bishal HH S. B. Keshava Swami Ty Cymru (Cardiff, Wales): Amrta Tattva Anadi Kaisora Kola Dvipa Also the BLISS devotees in London: Purujit Dasa Daivi Shakti Devi Dasi Maitreya Rsi Dasa Hamsini Devi Dasi

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

Hare Krishna. I've been studying the Bhagavad Gita for over 10 years and love visiting ISKCON temples, although I am still in the process of learning about Bhakti Yoga and Gaudiya Vaishnavism. The more I read about it, the more I realise how much depth there is to it, and the more I'm able to appreciate the work of Prabhupad and his devotees.

What are your expectations from this community?

At the moment, it's mostly for Krishna Katha. I hope to learn as much as possible about Bhakti Yoga, vedic wisdom and philosophy.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

Eventually I would like to learn how to play musical instruments (harmonium, mrdanga, bansurai) in order to join in with Hari Nam Sankirtan. Hari bol!
