There are Vaikuntha Planets and Vrindavan. Lord Narayana as an expansion of Krishna resides in Vaikuntha but Krishna in Goloka Vrindavan. They the same Personality.
Because of that please do not see difference between Your service to Lord and Devotees in ISKCON!
