When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I had faced many narcisst people in school...and I was not emotionally attached with my parents...so I want love and to be get loved. So I approached many people offline and online...but all failed. Then I thought of committing suicide..but suddenly a thought appeared in my mind why not to go vaikuntha every problem will be solved. Then I started reading bhagwad gita...first I come up with mayawadis, impersonalists, mental intellectuals, yogis. But before these I had read bhagwad gita as it is...but at that time concept of bhakti seems boring to me. But when adipurush movie was released, pop up of amogh Lila Prabhuji vedio came about adipurush movie review. Then I watched that vedio....amogh Lila explanation was superup...then I watched all his vedios. Then I realised how great the bhakti is....it is not like how all adult people teaches us since childhood. It is totally opposite.. just like day and night. Few weeks back I opened insta account to get connected with devotees....a friend request came from mataji she had joined iskcon Delhi recently. So I asked her to make me join online in their group..but due to privacy issues and not knowing about me much se refused and said I will check u first. Then after some days I asked her to give me number of some bramchari prabhuji. Then she gave me number pallavi mataji...and then I get number of adi dev balaram das prabhuji from pallavi mataji.

I m trying to be devotee.... whatever power i get from Prabhupada and acaryas I can do chanting and other services. I like book distribution... although I haven't done it yet. But once I was walking in a park and wishing everyone hare krishna and then I realised it is very fast method to destroy false ego. And I m very tired with having friendship with material people. I want to be guided by devotees.

What are your expectations from this community?

I just want to serve this community... They are all good people. People whom I wished to meet since childhood after hearing the song....aaa leke ke chale tuje aise gagan ke tale jaha gum bhi na ho bus pyar pyar mile.
