i hope you, and all the devotee's at the bhaktivedanta manor are all well, and the cows are not suffering the cold too much.
as you know, i am a neophyte devotee and my knowledge is....well, alot to be desired, can you let me know about acamana (purufication) and how to perform, there is alot of differences in opinion on the interent.
i hope this is something you can help me with.

my stay at the manor wasamazing, a lovely oppertunity to really up my service.
whilst i was away, some terrible things happened in my home life , and i have been unable to get to a computer for a while . your kind prayers for the Andrew family would be most appreciated, please say hi to pravin for me, i have been unable to contact him till today.
