When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
1988 A friend presented me with Prabhupad's books after attending a hall program. I was raised as a Roman Catholic, so awareness of spiritual life was already established and furthered by association with Vaisnavism. My attraction to Krishna led me to join the temple as a full-time serving devotee in 1991. Despite my current worldly responsibilites I have deeply imbibed Krsna Bhakti as the only worthwhile endeavour.

I'm married to a nicely cultured woman from Delhi. We have a small alter in our home with Gaura Nitai and Gopal deities,a murti of Srila Prabhupada, and various other pictures and paraphernalia. We both work day jobs and visit the temple occasionally, most commonly for the Saturday Feast. We live a relatively simple life with lots of quiet nights at home and very much appreciate the upliftment of association with devotees.
What are your expectations from this community?

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. My husband (Gunarnava Prabhu) & I live in Sunrise Beach (Sunshine Coast). We previously served in Vrindavan almost 15 yrs 1972 - 1986 . If ever you & your wife are this way we would love to meet both of you. My husband is a wonderful soul & you might enjoy his friendship in Krishna Conciousness. A few years ago we started an exciting little project in Maroochydore - Govinda's Cafe that distributes 1000 meals monthly to disadvantaged + more. We engage in some interesting activities working in the community and engaging locals. Hope to hear from you.
