I usually chant 4 rounds daily in the morning after my shower, and on weekends I try to do a few more if I have time.

When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I was introduced through a friend a couple of years ago who took me to the Sunday Love Feast at the Bhakti Center in NYC. I was really moved by the kirtan, the peaceful atmosphere, and the incredible food. Since then, I've been exploring the philosophy online and through books like Bhagavad Gita As It Is.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

The nearest center to me is the ISKCON San Francisco (The New Dvaraka Dhama). I've attended a few times and am just getting to know the community. I'm in awe of the seva that devotees like Gauranga Das and Sacinandana Swami do, though I haven't met them personally.

Hey everyone, I'm an openly gay creative soul who found a surprising home in Krishna consciousness. I'm a bit of a quiet bookworm and a total foodie who's slowly learning to cook. I love hiking, digging into philosophy, and having deep talks about life, love, and spirituality. I'm looking for a community where I can be my full self—both a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and a sincere seeker on the bhakti path. I believe love is love, and I'm hoping to connect with devotees who see that same love reflected in our relationship with Krishna.

What are your expectations from this community?

I'm hoping to find a kind, open-hearted online community where I can learn more about bhakti without feeling judged. I'm eager to ask questions, share my small realizations, and maybe find a mentor. My ultimate hope is to deepen my personal relationship with Krishna, and finding a supportive circle here would mean the world.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

'd love to offer my skills as a writer, perhaps helping with blog posts or social media content. I'm also learning photography and videography, so maybe one day I could help document temple events or create content. For now, I simply try to offer whatever I cook with love and devotion.
