Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

My goal is to help younger devotees especially young devotee men and women develop and learn how to acquire money to sustain their families. We as devotees have to develop the entire Varnashram Dharma system. Unfortunately, when Srila Prabhupada left he was only able to develop young Brahmins. However, according to Vedic instructions society has to include all 4 ashrams to be complete. So, having gone through material Life as a devotee having had to raise children, buy houses, etc. I realized how difficult it is without proper training and guidance. I want to help others particularly young devotees learn how to support themselves and their families.
