We are just starting a devotional forest farm project here wonderful Maui. Our location is boarded with a waterfall and large natural pool. We offer seva work trade for devotees includes very simple rustic camping accommodations.
We are a captivating yet simply jungle ashram with very rustic simply accommodations it's camping at the moment, with very simply puja at 7:00 am and read from Srila Prabhupada books each morning, we follow the 4 regs. Our kirtans are with a western flavor.
What are your expectations from this community?
To offer a location for those who would like to render seva here in Maui in a Amazon style forest farm start up mini community. Thou it is only a couple of souls here at the moment. It is about a acre location as we mange that much land.
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
We would like to start a mini devotional farm community here at our lovely rustic tropical rainforest jungle. We have woofer work trade souls who help us at the moment, and they participate in our morning programs as also take them to the other devotee programs on the island twice a week.
We want to put this beautiful rainforest jungle into a land trust for future generations of devotees, it also has ocean views and waterfall with large natural pool we have some forest farming started.
