When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

At kolkata Iskcon(Radha Govinda temple), during last durga puja my brother and my family took me at the mandir where I came to know about srila prabhupada and his teachings of krishna consciousness.

I am 25 years old girl,working as a professional since last 5 years. We have 4 family members in our home. My mind is very restless and always get agitated but changing helped me a lot in that case. I feel personally with the association of devotees chanting becomes easier. So I am looking for the mercy of prabhupada and krishna because I have no devote friend or senior vaishnava(mataji) in my life. Please show your mercy to me. Hare krsna. Please accept my humble obeisances.

What are your expectations from this community?

At first I would like to give you thank you for creating this wonderful option where people can share their heart safely, in this period of quarrel and hypocrisy. I don't know whoever will read my message but please accept my humble obeisances unto your lotus feet. I just want one thing from this community and that is please help me to be a servant of your servant. I am aspiring for that. Please help me,advise me,guide me. I will follow that, I want to continue my rest of the life under the guidance of a vaishnava where I share my problems, my spiritual life, my emotional state and like that .

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

I will love to do cleaning, dusting, serving food, decorating the temple hall, making garlands for krishna and for all devotees, cutting vegetables, cleaning utensils and so on. I can't cook for nicely so except that I can do everything as a service for krishna and his devotees.
