When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I was in a rehab program and corresponded with Chandra Myers. He sent me all nice books from Prabupada and taught me the Mantra. I took to chanting immediately and devoted my life to serving Lord Sri Krsna.

I do not know any devotees but desperately reaching out for fellowship St. Louis MO is the nearest temple.

I am a simple man I work and come home. I am a recovering substance abuser. I have a heart for animals and serving KRSNA as best I can in the moment given
