Daily number of rounds of Hare Krishna mahamantra.
Not really a sincere Chanter...
When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
In 1996, some of local Hare Kṛṣṇas visited my father's residence and had graced us by honoring prasadam there. Father 'bought' some of Śrīla Prabhupāda's books, which i didn't read until 2002.
Before reading Śrīla Prabhupāda's divine books, i had already corrupted my consciousness with not only trai-guṇya crap but also treaties of Jñān Mārg (Mokṣha and all that) but after reading BG-As It Is, things changed completely; and it wasn't until i read Teachings of Lord Chaitanya, that i was convinced about the Absolute Truth, purpose of my being, the Supreme Being, my identity, Our Relationship, the Guru Tattva, etc.
Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
Like all nitya-baddhas, i was born into the bondage of mind, a slave of selfish desires, oblivious to 'my' actual identity. Although i was living a surface-life, i was graced with blessings of Vaiṣṇav Sādhus, saintly parents, and caring siblings. After reading some Jñān Yoga treaties, I got lost as i struggled to break through the barrier of my subtle ego.
i am still struggling to please Srila Prabhupada and other great Āchāryas.
Hare Kṛṣṇa
What are your expectations from this community?
i seek genuine association of the followers of Śrīla Prabhupāda and other Vaiṣṇav Āchāryas, who are here only for one purpose—pleasing one's Guru.
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
i am the most incapable of serving Them; i am also short of any genuine humility and/or purity; i neither deserve nor strongly desire the service, depending on causeless mercy of the lotus feet of the Vaiṣṇavas is the only hope for me to get that Divine Consciousness. Jaya Śrīla Prabhupāda.
