When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
I got to know Hare Krishnas in the real sense in the year 2007 when I purchased Srimad Bhagavad Gita As It Is and Krsna Book from a books distribution van which came all the way from Mayapur and put the books on display near my house. Before that I did not have a clear idea about the Hare Krishnas. I didn't know that this is the only way to attain bliss. I would name Braja Hriday Das Prabhu from Sankirtan department of ISKCON Mayapur as the person who introduced me to the Hare Krishna movement. The ways through which I came to know about spiritual life are: 1) Books; and 2) Devotee association.
Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.
ISKCON Temple, Guwahati. Devotees I know there are: Nitai Leeleshwar Das prabhu, Shree Jeeva Das prabhu (he is the temple President).
Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
It is a bit tough for me to strike balance between my spiritual life and my work life since my work includes doing rotating shifts which include night shifts more than two days a week, and that leaves me very tired. After that I am unable to concentrate on my chanting. I feel very sleepy. Apart from that I have my regular share of household chores. I am trying to work out a solution so that I can do more chanting and deity worship everyday. I have been trying to bring spiritualism into my social life with a little bit of success. Every person I meet I greet him/her with "Hare Krishna". Initially people didn't know how to respond but now they reciprocate too by saying "Hare Krishna". I have distributed Srimad Bhagavad Gita As It Is and other Krishna consciousness books among my colleagues, friends and relatives. I am trying to distribute more books. I hope people in this community will guide me become an elevated devotee someday and that Krishna will accept me as His servant someday.

Sri Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead full of all opulence, and His complete opulences are exhibited only in Braja-dhama. Braja-dhama is made of transcendental touchstone. Its entire surface is the source of all valuable jewels, and the cintamini stone is used to decorate the lotus feet of the maid of Vrindavana. Vrindavana is a natural forest of desire trees and creepers, and the inhabitants do not want anything but the fruits and flowers of those desire trees. “In Vrindavana there are cows that fulfill all desire (kama-dhenus), and their number is unlimited. They graze from forest to forest delivering only milk. The people want nothing else. In Vrindavana, the natural speech of the people sounds like music and their natural motion resembles a dance. The water in Vrindavana is nectar, and the brahmajyoti effulgence which is full of transcendental bliss, is directly perceived there in its form.”

She is completely patient. 17. She is very grave. 18. She always wants to be with Krishna. 19. She is always on the highest devotional platform. 20. She is the abode of loving affairs in Gokula. 21. Her transcendental glories are distinguished in the three worlds. 22. She is affectionate to Her superiors. 23. She is obliged to Her senior girlfriends. 24. She is the chief among Krishna's gopi girlfriends. 25. She always keeps Krishna under Her control. The word Radha means “the greatest worshiper of Krishna.” Since Radha’s love is the greatest, She gives the greatest pleasure to Sri Krishna.
The beauty of Srimati Radharani is described as: “Her eyes defeat the attractive features of the eyes of the cakrai bird. When one sees the face of Radharani, he immediately hates the beauty of the moon. Her bodily complexion defeats the beauty of gold. Thus, let us all look upon the transcendental beauty of Srimati Radharani.” Therefore while chanting hare krsna by the grace of Srimati Radharani we get the transcendental pleasure in our core of Heart.
