When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
Through Prabhupada’s books. I was searching for knowledge, stopped at an Indian gift shop, and Servesh Snood said, “You want this, “Your Ever Wellwisher!”
Then I spent a lot of time at the Detroit temple.
Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.
Detroit, MI: Katayani, Navaduipa, Jumbavan, Sarasvati Richardson Jones, Antariksa and many others.
Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
I am retired at Huggins Lake, MI, so I am 200 miles from the Detroit temple. If I get the money, I would like to move to a warmer climate, like Florida or Arizona, and live close to a temple so I may do some service and get initiated.
