When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

In the year 2007, during my Post Graduation course Master of Engineering in Software Engineering at Thapar University Patiala, Punjab, India

The most inspiring concept of ISKCON that keeps me giong to advance in bhakti is the ABCD if ISKCON and the diciplined follower of 4 principals of ISKCON whic i strictly follow, no intoxication, no ilicit sex, no meat eating and no gambling and i believe Sadhna, Satsang and Sewa is the most important to advance in bhakti. Initiated devotees within the Krishna consciousness movement vow to chant a minimum quota of the Hare Krishna mantra each day on beads. They also take vows to avoid 1) intoxication, 2) illicit sex, 3) meat eating, and 4) gambling. These are commonly known as the “four regulative principles.”

What are your expectations from this community?

I expect that i will be given opportunities to serve in best of my ability and capability to all the vashnavas.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

The Bhagavad Gita is a synthesis of Vedic and non-Vedic traditions, reconciling renunciation with action by arguing that they are inseparable; while following one's dharma, one should not consider oneself to be the agent of action, but attribute all one's actions to God. So I would be fortunate and blessed to have various services at Hare Krishna Centre and Temple of ISKCON, as i serve at Hare Krishna Group at Patiala under the shelter of Shyamsunder Sharan Das Ji Initiated devotee of HG Bhakti Vikas Maharaj ji and follower of Dr. Keshavnanad Prabhuji and HH Prabhupad ji.
