When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I first encountered the Devotees in Aylesbury in 1983, when I was 14, after school. They gave me a book, and we talked for a while. At 18, I met them again with my young son in Newton Aycliffe.Bhaki Rasa invited us to the temple soon after we moved into the basement of the Newcastle temple.

As a hospice worker, I'm privileged to provide end-of-life care, a role I deeply value. I have a genuine love for animals and always seek opportunities to care for them and offer support. 

What are your expectations from this community?

Just to connect with devotees again , engage in service in my spare time .
