When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I first came across Krishna consciousness movement when I was a child and we used to go to Iskcon in Mumbai. I used to be attracted to all the goodies with Hare Krishna written on it. As I grew up and so did my consciousness, I did very little to read or visit Iskcon, offer blessings with a pure heart. Once later when I was 18 years old I came across a version of Bhagvad Gita in my house, I started reading it and I realized it was a little too heavy for me to grasp. 5 years later, I was attracted to Bhagvad Gita As it Is when I visited Iskcon and I knew something was awaiting. The year was 2016. Since then I have been reading Bhagvad Gita As It Is and this year I am on my third round of reading.

There are none in Waterford, Ireland. But I have been to one in Dublin, Ireland. Moreover, I am currently in Mumbai during the pandemic lockdown period and I go to Mumbai's Iskcon usually.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

I have seen many experiences in my life. As a child who had negligible consciousness I used to get dreams of hellish things, demons, etc. My family has been active follower of Hare Krishna and in particular my Nana and my Father. As I grew up and started expanding my knowledge by reading Gita, about Krishna, many known and unknown answers started coming to me. Sometimes without even thinking I could get an intuition. Later on I started chanting Hare Krishna little by little. Till now, I still chant Hare Krishna Mantra 5 times a day. I try to read Bhagvad Gita every day in morning just after a bath and before breakfast. Most recently, I realized the importance of Yoga in my journey to Krishna Consciousness but I think I need a mentor or a realized Guru to help me stay firm on my path in Krishna Consciousness.

What are your expectations from this community?

My only purpose is to gain more understanding about Krishna Consciousness, talk with a realized Guru or a pure Devotee of Krishna, help me with certain difficulties I come across to stay in the path of Krishna Consciousness and give my contribution, my experiences and knowledge about Krishna Consciousness.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

I understand there would be people like me who are in search of a realized Guru of Krishna, a representative of the Supreme Personality of Godhead and my offering would be develop an online Spiritual mentorship platform offering required services, live sessions, private one on one sessions to those who are in need.
