Ishvara Parama Krishna......How's the best & efficient way to learn Sanskrit, pronunciation & reading? What excercise (for body, mind, spirit) is recommended?Thanks in advance for any working suggestion.

Daily number of rounds of Hare Krishna mahamantra.

I like to chant the Mahamantra, silentely or not, but I don't follow rules

When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

In the 80' around some festivals and in 1992 I got addicted to Prasad in the Philippines. When I came back to Zurich I had to learn to coock and as eat as much I can.... .)

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

Zurich, Govinda (which is closed down since some yrs). Yeah I know some real devotees :)

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

I'm a friend of the ISKCON and deeply addicted to Prasad.

What are your expectations from this community?

nothing. If I can join a bit Krishna kata or read about lilas.... or anything about Krishna, Govinda, Rama.... its great.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

I don't feel to be ready to offer any service. Maybe spontaneously.
