When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
I found it through social media. I've been reading about it because of curiosity. It's been around a year since I know about this movement.
Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.
The nearest ISKCON centre is in Barbetia road, Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. The nearest ISKCON temple is in Kolkata, which is three hours away. I don't know any initiated devotees, I only know a friend from school who's under iskcon but not yet initiated. I haven't visited this ISKCON centre yet.
Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
I belong to a nondevotee family and they don't allow me to follow the four regulative principles. I barely chant one round everyday. I don't know about any initiated devotees who live near me. I'm just curious about this movement. I really feel inclined to Lord Jagannath and wish to know more about ISKCON.
What are your expectations from this community?
I wish to find some devotees and make friends who can guide me on the path of Krishna Consciousness. 😊
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
I'm good at writing poems, singing and writing songs.
