kidney pain/fat

Please accept my humble obeisances. 
All glories to Srila Prabhupada. 
I have savior kidney pain since 2 years. doctors advised me for altra sound  there is no stone. i am drinking 3 and half liter of water everyday still suffering from pain. and also my height is 5.4 and weight is 60 kg. how to reduce weight kindly suggest.

    hare krsna.. dandavat pranam..

    actually there are certain question i will like to ask you..

    1-pain in which part of abdomen, precise point, one side or bothside..

    2-any pain during micturition, or pain relieved by micturition..

    3-any bouts of bleeding during micturition..

    4-characteristic of pain, is it dull aching or sharp pain..

    5-your age.. 

    actually we have internal organs, which are crowded in a small space, so in the right side, we have right kidney, gall bladder,appendix, some part of liver, some part of intestine. in left side we have , left kidney, spleen, stomach etc.. so  a pain in kidney region may imply some other pain also. as you have already done ultrasound and there is no problem in kidney, then it is well and good,.. but if the ultra sound was done more than 1 year, then it is better to repeat again..

    please provide the details, i have asked for..
