    Try to learn to sit in Padmasana or Siddhasana Prabhu, for chanting Your rounds.

    For me, chanting and regular Ekadashi fasts make it done. I eat food(that too fruits) only once during the day,remaining on water only in the rest of the time. Austerity adds to health and devotion both.

    fortunately removing fat is just a side effect of sankirtan and krishna bhakti. when u observe the fasts of ekadashi and appearance days of great acharya's and dance in sankirtan, u start loose fat.. :) . coz there is no other method for loosing weight , than less eating more workout..
    if still u dont loose, that means this is natural. Stop worry abt these fat.. concentrate on Krishna Consciousness, focus on spiritual benefits of this life. Krishna will do best..
