As water is enough important element i wanted to know more about it, please!
Can eating fresh fruits which contain much water and milk be a replacement for pure water?
After You told me to drink enough water daily, i started to do that. You told that it will cleanse our body...
So it is true. I started to drink water little by little through out the day.
And seems acidity is not happening and digestions became nice.
Thank You!

Hare Krishna bhaktin maral ji,,, please accept my humble obeisances..
All glories to Srila Prabhupada..
thank you for asking this important question.. i am providing herewith an exhaustive list of benifits of drinking water..
and you will be surprise to know that nature, which act under the direction of krsna, has provided us with such a beautiful liquid.. rightly krsna said in gita,' i am the taste of water'.. so, everytime we are taking a glass of water, we can become grateful to krsna, from the core of our heart...and advance in krsna consciousness..
1-Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature. Water is an essential component required for the effective working of our body since body parts including our brain and the various tissues are mostly composed of water. Considering this, water can significantly improve our ability to think and make us energetic too. Drinking water can increase your cognitive function. Your brain needs a lot of oxygen in order to function at optimum levels. Drinking plenty of water ensures that your brain gets all the oxygen it needs.
2-Water Can Help Control Calories. Water is the only liquid on Earth that safely reduces weight. It removes the by-products of fat and keeps you fresh and healthy. drinking water regularly, suppresses your appetite to a great extent and limits your food intake. Another distinct feature of water is that it literally contains no calories, hence, contributing significantly to weight loss. It moisturises your skin and keeps it fresh and glistening thereby enhancing its overall appeal. In addition, it helps maintain the elasticity and suppleness of the skin and prevents dryness by detoxifying the skin. Hence, one should strictly avoid dehydrating foods and beverages such as caffeine (cola, chocolate, coffee, tea) and alcohol.
3-Water Helps Energize Muscles. Cells that don't maintain their balance of fluids and electrolytes shrivel, which can result in muscle fatigue.
4-water Helps Keep Skin Looking Good. Your skin contains plenty of water, and functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss. But don't expect over-hydration to erase wrinkles or fine lines. Drinking plenty of water is great for your skin. If you don't drink enough water, you'll suffer from dry skin, and you'll be likely to use more creams and lotions to moisturize. However, creams and lotions don't strike at the root of the problem. Drinking plenty of water keeps your skin moisturized and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. If you don't drink enough water, your body will try to retain it in order to conserve resources. This retention makes your skin puffy and can even lead to bloating.
5-Water Helps Your Kidneys. Body fluids transport waste products in and out of cells. The main toxin in the body is urea and ammonia, a water-soluble waste that is able to pass through the kidneys to be excreted in the urine. our kidneys do an amazing job of cleansing and ridding your body of toxins as long as your intake of fluids is adequate.
When you're getting enough fluids, urine flows freely, is light in color and free of odor. When your body is not getting enough fluids, urine concentration, color, and odor increases because the kidneys trap extra fluid for bodily functions.
If you chronically drink too little, you may be at higher risk for kidney stone.
6-Water Helps Maintain Normal Bowel Function. Adequate hydration keeps things flowing along your gastrointestinal tract and prevents constipation. When you don't get enough fluid, the colon pulls water from stools to maintain hydration -- and the result is constipation.
7-Drinking enough water can also combat skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis, dry skin, wrinkles and spots. Water removes toxins and most of the waste products from our body contributing to a healthy quality of life. If our body lacks water then our heart has to make an extra effort to pump fresh oxygenated blood to our organs causing severe health issues. those who drank enough water throughout the day were less likely to have a heart attack. Water helps to relieve headaches and back pain. Although there are many reasons that contribute to headaches, dehydration is one of the most common ones. Drinking plenty of water helps fight against the flu and other ailments like kidney stones. Water, along with lemon or lemon juice is often used to overcome respiratory diseases, intestinal problems, rheumatism and arthritis. On the whole, water plays a fundamental role in strengthening your immune system
Eat more fruits and vegetables. Their high water content will add to your hydration. About 20% of our fluid intake comes from foods.
So, if we want to drink 2 liter of water a day, 200 ml, we get from our food and other stuffs.. if we take extra fruits then , accordingly we can reduce water intake, but not less then 1 liter per day..
thank you..
