One very nice pastime of Madhvacharya.
After taking sannyasa he was going to Badrinath. He was visiting that place along with 50 of his sannyasi disciples. He had to go north and cross the Ganges. So, that part of the kingdom was ruled by Alauddin Khilji 's cousin brother. He was like a terrorist at that time. He had captured all the boats and was not allowing any hindu to cross over. This was about 780 years ago. So, Madhvacharya reaches the banks of the Ganges and offers money for crossing and they say, No No you cannot cross. There were Muslim soldiers who were guarding that place. They were taking bath in the Ganges. So, Madhvacharya performs a miracle. We know that Madhvacharya is the incarnation of Vayu, he is the incarnation of Bhima, he is the incarnation of a demigod. So he performs a miracle. We walks on the water and crosses the river. All his sannyasi disciples also cross the river but touching his dhoti. As soon as the leader of the infantry sees that he faints. It's said that he faints 7 times. Finally that Khilji was summoned, the emperor of that place. When he saw the effulgence of Madhvacharya, he was transformed. It's said that he offered half of his kingdom to Madhvacharya and said that he'll ensure his safe journey to whatever place you want to go.

Such transformation just by one glance of a pure devotee. Quite Amazing!!
