Morality is not categorical but contextual

In this case one may ask, Who is right?First Sanjaya comes and says, you are to be blamed. And then Vyasadeva comes and says, You are not to be blamed to Dhritarashtra. From the lecture ,Chaitanya_Charan_Pr_Various_-_Focus_not_on_the_cause_focus_on_the_cure.mp3So what is right over here?Actually in Bhakti, what is right need not be the same as what has the right effect.Morality is never absolute. Morality is never categorical. It is contextual.Category means this is the category of right and this is the category of wrong. And this is always right and that is always wrong. That is the idea of categorical but morality is not categorical. In real life it is contextual.Contextual means the same thing can be right in one context and the same thing can be wrong in another context. For example in some parts of America, racial protests are going on. Say there are some rampages chasing after to leech a victim. And that person comes to our house and seeks refuge over there. And that person is my friend. And I have taken a resolution that I'll always speak the truth. And I give this person place in my house. After some time the rioteers come and ask for him.Now what should I say? They say always speak the truth. Now truth will cost the life of a person. You don't have to speak about it at that time. Where is he? If asked, You could say, I don't know where he is. You can speak something counterfactual at that time in order to serve a higher purpose.Mahabharata frequently stresses this point that morality is not categorical. It is contextual.
