And all those close Sakhis are same Srimati Radharani.

Especially all 8 main Sakhis they are not ordinary Sakhis.

They are expansions of Srimati Radharani. I am also ignorant in this. But still... In Chaitanya Charitaamrita Srimati Radharani says: It is true, my hearts pains when i see my Beloved (Krishna) in the association of other girls but if He is happy with them then i will bring more and more girl for Him be it painful for me but it will be a great joy for me to see Him happy.

--- So it is the mood of Spiritual world. No one wants something for themselves.

Everyone wants to give, give and give happiness to others. So the master of such like service attitude is Srimati Radharani.

She is the best Gopi because She is the most unselfish One.

For senior Gopis Krishna is dear Srimati Radharani is also dear.

But especially small Manjaris serve to Srimati Radharani. They do not try to serve to Krishna directly. Because they do not have lust Srimati Radharani allows them to see Their most intimate pastimes with Krishna. In this way Manjaris are the most fortunate because they have access to see and feel the love of Radha Krishna more than other senior Gopis who try to be with Krishna but serve less to Srimati Radharani. less here does not mean that they do not like Her. No, it means Manjaris love for Srimati Radharani is more than their.

So Manjaris feel what Radha feels to Krishna and what Krishna feels to Radha.

In the reality Bhakti travels through heart to heart. When disciple is very dear to his Guru then when Guru feels some ecstasy disciple also feels what is feeling his Guru Maharaja. So in this way bhakti, love travels from heart to heart.

So in this Srimati Radharani is the Guru of other Gopis and Sakhis. So when She feels love for Krishna all others also feel Her love for Krishna. In this way She gives ecstasy to them. So the answer of first question is in spiritual world everyone is concerned with the happiness of others and when other one is happy they become more happy. And second one in short is love travels from heart to heart.
