Also I can't give a nice service like in the home in that conditions. What should be the minimum service they require when we are on the go and at the hotel room where we stay?

First You see if there are Devotees near by You now who could take care of Your Shri Shri Radha Govinda. If they also have Deities then they can take care of Your Deities also.

Usually Devotees do like this in emergency situations. But if there are no such like Devotees then You can carry Them in a suitable box and take dry fruits for offering to Them for breakfast, lunch or whatever is Your standard is.

And tell to Them Your situation that You are traveling and You are not able to serve Them as at Home so They have to accept it.

And tell Them that many offerings You will do mentally those which are not possible to do in the Hotel. But offering food is possible so it should be done minimum thing...

Or else some Devotees take the image of their original Deity, but it is in the case of if Deities are too big to carry.
