Last place I would expect to see this. Tiraspol is the capital of de facto independent, unrecognized country called Transnistria (Pridnestrovje) within officially recognized Republic of Moldova. Anyways, this video is shoot on a central square named after Russian general Suvorov who incorporated this region into Russian Empire.
