GOING GLOBAL - The Spread Of Bhakti Vriksha - Videos - ISKCON Desire Tree

With the ISKCON Congregational Development Ministry officially pushing forward the Bhakti Vriksha system, this approach to outreach is making headways in a growing number of countries across continents. This thirty-minutes documentary by independent filmmaker Vasudeva Joly takes a close look at this system's challenges and successes. From London to Moscow, and from Houston to Buenos Aires, Bhakti Vriksha communities seem to be growing at a promising pace. These new congregations sometimes grow inside ISKCON temple congregations. Sometimes they independently develop, in cooperation with established temples. Occasionally, a Bhakti Vriksha group will appear on its own, far away from any Hare Krishna community. This latter group itself often becomes a new ISKCON temple in a remote land, where none existed before.
