June 4th, 2011. Saturday night at Sri Sri Radha Gopinatha Mandir Chowpatty.

The BHAKTIVEDANTA BAND perform kirtan from 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm. After a stunningly beautiful and sweet night darshan, the curtain closes, it becomes late at night, and the kirtan becomes wild.

Late night music, it's not a rave
It's the glorification of Nrsimhadeva
Devotees dance, our minds in trance
Sankirtan is like a tidal wave

After glorifying Srila Prabhupada, a unique rendition of Lord Nrsimhadeva prayers are sung, as the devotees enact the pastime of the battle of Lord Nrsimhadeva and the demon Hiranyakasipu. In the end, good triumphs over evil and the demon is ripped to pieces.
