*Samskara*(Culture) is very crucial . Be it an individual or a nation, culture is most important.
The ancient nation *BhArath* (India) is rooted on it's divine Vedic-culture. The great Rishis have had established and developed the great culture, for the benefit of entire humanity. World's alI-time greatest intellectuals like Mr.Albert Einstein have deeply admired the Vedic culture and adapted to it faithfully . The secret of success behind Gandhiji, was his honest commitment to Vedic culture.
Unfortunately, the negative effects of *Kali-yuga* have degraded the Vedic culture.Post-independence Indian rulers like Jawaharlal Nehru , in spite of being born as Brahmins, have done everything possible to root-out the Vedic culture. To these Rulers (who were Mlechas in nature), the dogmas of anti-Vedic philosophies appeared to be more attracting since it suited their materialistic life-style.
We the current Indian generation are victims of the said Vedic-destruction. To escape from this tragedy, me must make extra efforts to master the Bhagavad Gita ( essence of the Vedic-culture) and practice it in our day-to-day life . For achieving this, total and unconditional surrender to Bhagavan Sri Krishna is most important . It is a truth that, Sri Krishna is the *Adhishtana-Devatha* , (presiding-Deity) of BhArath.
Bhagavan Sri Krishna says in Srimad Bhagavad Gita (9.20):
"Those who study the Vedas and practise it's principles by conducting Yagnas( Vedic riuals) , worship Me faithfully. Purified of sinful reactions, they take birth on the pious, heavenly planet of Indra, where they enjoy the celestial pleasures. "
