Generally people think love to be some sort of romantic feeling.
But is that true love?
I don't think so.
Actually there is no love in this material world. Everyone just want to satisfy his lusty desire and his senses from each other by exploiting others. As prabhupada used to say. "You scratch my skin I scratch your skin", "I gratify your sences you gratify my sences".That's all and as soon as the gratification of the sences stop. There is a separation, breakup or a divorce.That is the nature of the this material world.
True spiritual love from the spiritual planets get reflected on the material plane and hence its properties get just oppositely reflected.
The amount of purity that the true love has in its original spiritual form in the spiritual world just gets opposite in the material plane and transformed into the worst enemy of the living entity and the most impure thing. As much as love is pure in the spiritual world which is in between our beloved krsna and his devotee only, which is purest just opposite to that, lust is the most impure in the material world. As the spiritual world is a world of love, the material world is a world of lust, selfish and passionate desires for sence gratification. In the spiritual world everyone wants to serve each other just opposite in the material was everyone's wants to be served by each other. So we have to develop the qualities of the spiritual world so that we can get accommodate in that and leave and forget this material world for forever and forever.
