A toddler devotee is taking the French yatra by storm with her extraordinary will to distribute Srila Prabhupada’s books. Sangita, the two-year-old daughter of New Mayapur’s temple presidents Locanananda Das and Gandharvika Rai Devi Dasi and granddaughter of Paris temple president Gaudamandala Das, accompanies her parents every week on Harinam Sankirtan.
She shares Prabhupada’s books with interested parties from her pram or often standing, joining the other devotees in their Sankirtan efforts.
During the 2022 Christmas Marathon, she distributed a medium book to a Chinese child, and the mother gladly donated. Moreover, in recognition of her efforts to serve Lord Chaitanya’s army, Janananda Goswami, who inspires Sankirtan in the country, included her in the list of Sankirtan devotees in France, publicly applauded her efforts during his presentation on Sankirtan scores after the marathon. She also received a gift packet meant for the most inspiring book distributors.
