    after becoming life member on vyas purnima day 26.7.1991

     started observing chaturmasa

    but did not take milk curd urad etc in any form

    thanks for new  information

    His Holiness Bhakti Vidya Purna Swami Maharaja told that we can add turmeric or honey so it will be not 'so milk'.
