 The holy name, character, pastimes and activities of Krsna are all transcendentally sweet like sugar candy. I was thinking today about how is at the time of death, sometimes we avoid these kinds of thoughts because we are maybe afraid of how would we think. I found a beautiful prayer about that. O my Lord, will I again be able to be a servant of Your eternal servants, who find shelter only at Your lotus feet? O Lord of my life, may I again become their servant so that my mind may always think of Your transcendental attributes, my words always glorify those attributes, and my body always engage in the loving service of your Lordship? SB 6.11.24 This poem shows that at any situation we should think of the Lord, chant all the time, serve the Lord in our minds when we can't serve Him at the temple, and engage our body and senses at His service by remembering Him. We should never stop chanting, and glorifying the Lord's qualities. |
