What if we would rise early in the morning and what if we would not speak anything mundane for as long as possible? What if we would delay involvement with the mundane? How long could we do that? But if we do that and for hours and hours in the morning preoccupy ourselves with Krsna, then we are building up positive spiritual energy. And then later in the day, when we actually start dealing with material energy, we have like a well-charged battery. Then we have our inner spiritual strength.
