Whom do you love moreSince his initiation two years before in Sydney, Ajit had been contemplating returning to his native Sweden to preach Krsna consciousness there. In the meantime, he had been working on a Swedish translation of Easy Journey to Other Planets, and had a strong desire to also translate Prabhupada's Bhagavad-gita As It Is.Seeking permission and blessings for himself and his wife, Krsna-Premi, to go, he had written Srila Prabhupada earlier in the year and had received an encouraging reply:I am very, very happy to note that you want to go back to your native place of Sweden, along with your good wife and some other Swedish boys, devotees, from Germany and other places .. on behalf of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Thank you for desiring to help me in this way.Encouraging Ajit to fly rather than waste time travelling overland, Srila Prabhupada suggested that they could discuss it further when he next came to Sydney. Now, Ajit and Krsna Premi had the opportunity to do so. Sitting in the sanctified quiet of Prabhupada's room, Ajit answered Srila Prabhupada's questions, as he had done at his initiation, about Sweden -- its climate and population. Ajit had some questions of his own. Should they preach at universities? Should they perform harinama immediately? How should they dress?Srila Prabhupada confirmed that they should present Krsna consciousness at the universities, philosophically and culturally rather than as a religion -- so maybe no harinamas to start with. There was no harm, he said, if Ajit and his wife wore suit and long dress. "That will be fine." And as far as Deities -- "Yes," he said, "Radha and Krsna or Gaura Nitai."It seemed Ajit and Krsna Premi had exhausted all their questions. Prabhupada sat silently, his eyes closed for several minutes as the young couple sat obediently before him. Prabhupada suddenly opened his eyes and, smiling brightly, looked straight at Krsna Premi. "Who do you love more? Krsna or your husband?"Krsna Premi was taken aback by Prabhupada's question. It seemed to her that Prabhupada somehow knew of all their fights and marital strife. She felt that she didn't really love either and she couldn't answer, but rather, just cried. Prabhupada let the question go and brought the meeting to a close with encouraging words. "If you go to Sweden," he reiterated, "then you'll receive all the blessings of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu."- From "The Great Transcendental Adventure" by HG Kurma Prabhu
