Prabhupada was happy to see the enthusiasm that the devotees exhibited while chanting Hare Krsna in the morning guru puja kirtana. Before commencing his class, Prabhupada encouraged the devotees to always chant, even if they felt no spontaneous enthusiasm to do so. "Go on chanting and dancing. Even if it feels a little artificial, it doesn't matter. Even there is no ecstasy, dance. It will bring ecstasy. It will have effect. The chanting is so potent that if you continue, then gradually you will feel natural bliss and happiness. Sankirtana has got so much power. Stress on sankirtana, and induce others. Then the whole thing will be successful."

Each morning after class, when Prabhupada returned to his house, he would encounter the ladies who had stayed back to clean his rooms. Lining the path from the front gate, they would stand reverentially with palms together in respectful pranams. This morning, Srila Prabhupada acknowledged their service. "Oh, you missed class to clean? Thank you very much."

The ladies were happy to receive such unsolicited gestures of appreciation from Prabhupada. For them, these comments were a blessing, a special highlight in their brief association with their beloved spiritual master.

At least four other newspapers reported on the previous day's rescue of the women from the burning office. The national daily, The Australian, reported on its front page: "Krishna Sect uses Canopy to Save Women from Blazing Office".

There was also major coverage again in The Sun and The Age. Even a Sydney newspaper, The Daily Telegraph, with a very large circulation, pictured devotees on the front page under a huge caption: "Hare Krishna saves Women from Blaze". Srila Prabhupada happily read them all and requested that the clippings be saved.
