all respects. Even though we have forgotten the Lord for countless
lifetimes, still He remains with us and waits for us to reciprocate
with Him. This is His pure love for every living being.
ye yatha mam prapadyante
tams tathaiva bhajamy aham
mama vartmanuvartante

As all surrender unto Me, I reward them accordingly. Everyone follows
My path in all respects, O son of Pritha. (BG 4.11)
Krishna's reciprocation comes from anywhere and at any time, therefore
sadhakas (devotional trainees) practice seeing each experience as
Krishna's mercy. In this way they are carried back home back to
Godhead by services, by chanting the holy names, and most importantly,
by proper association with the devotees.
On the other hand, Krishna's reciprocation with a non devotional
attitude is to make us forget Him, if and when that is our desire. We
have a choice how we would like to relate with Krishna, love or fear
(bhakti or bhaya).
Your servant,
-Jagannatha dasa
