ISKCON opposes a birth-based caste system. Caste system is divided according to work (religious,farming,business) but not on the RELIGIOUS rights.
let's take a wonderful example to understand caste system :
The current Indian system is something like accepting the sons of supreme court judges as supreme court judges… It’s nonsense. They have to be qualified, they have to attend the university and pass the course, then they have to work under a qualified judge and get the practical experience, then they may be able to become supreme court judges…
Same thing applies here....I see brahmins speaking filthy languages,cutting dirty jokes and making fun of others so they ARE NOT BRAHMINS !!! yet they are an insult to the word "brahmin"..Anyone, from any social position can be liberated by performing krishna Conscious.
I saw a website saying the work of Shudra is serving the other 3 varnas.What if the shudra is a vaishnava and highly devoted to Lord and the brahmin is the one described above (dirty person) so should a shudra serve him ??? NO WAY...
The caste system is wrongly explained in india and in websites and should be understood properly.. in the text Bg 4.13 Lord says he has made these 4 divisions one the basis of Work which they perform!
Understand it and teach others!
