The Sadhu Sanga Kirtan Retreat 2024 is scheduled to take place on Memorial Day Weekend (May 24-27, 2024) at the Frisco Conference Center in Dallas, Texas. We have reserved all available accommodations for our group in the Embassy Suites hotel attached to the conference center as well as in most nearby hotels that are just within walking distance. The furthest offsite hotel is only about half a mile away. So, no driving is required from any offsite hotels for most devotees.
This year, all the onsite rooms are suites that come with a living room with a sofa bed (that can sleep 2) and a bedroom with a king bed or two queen beds. As each onsite room can accommodate two more people (i.e. four adults per King suite or six adults per Queen suite), the onsite rooms are slightly more expensive. However, you can still save considerably by either adding more friends/family members to your onsite room or by choosing offsite rooms, as they are all very near anyway. Please familiarize yourself beforehand with all the available registration options here so that you can make the best choice before the options run out.
As usual, kids ages five or younger are free, but they need to be included in the registration.
Registration opens on Sunday, January 7, at 10 AM PST/1 pm EST. Please download the Sadhu Sanga mobile app for iPhone or Android. Create/Update your account ahead of time before the registration opening date. The sooner you register once registration opens, the closer your allocated hotel will be to the retreat center.
