CHAPTER TEN TO CHAPTER EIGHTEEN (PART 2 /2 )
X –THE YOGA OF THE DIVINE GLORIES OF OUR LORD SRI KRISHNA
Our Lord Sri Krishna, has conveyed very clearly at every time , in all the chapters of our divine most Srimadh Bhagavadh Gita , very repeatedly , yet with super most humility and conviction , that he is the sole supreme creator of all the world's known and unknown. To wholeheartedly pray to him is the only route to attain permanent salvation.
Having heard this countless times from our Lord Sri Krishna where is the question of any ignorance or doubt?. Our lord Sri Krishna's every single syllable, has a total authority of all our divine scriptures, which are our Lord Sri Krishna's manifestation and under his ownership only. Our Lord is lovingly most popularly, known as Parmaatman/ Brahman by each of us, so it is natural to know for sure, all his creations belong to our Lord only.
This is a very fundamental and most vital principle , that our creator Lord Sri Krishna and all his creations are beautifully and eternally linked in the most multihued silken thread of infinite love, faith, hope and trust and none in all the worlds can dare break this most loving relation of a micro atomic size of a jeevathma ( individual soul) permanently embedded in the fathomless universal cosmic form of our most beloved super soul our Lord Sri Krishna .
In the past ,many demonic people ,tried their level best, to come in the way , of the truest loving devotees of our most beloved Lord Sri Krishna , but their terrible fate is an open fact to each of us. Our Lord Sri Krishna ,in this chapter, highlights that every mountain, river,animal, bird and the entire animate and the inanimate species are his divine form only. Mother Ganges, Lord SriVishnu, our four Vedas, Brihaspati, the most sacred pravana Aum, Brighu Maharishi , sage Narada, holiest Kamadhenu our gomatha, and every other known and unknown species, all are our Lord Sri Krishna's creations and wholly pervaded by him only. Our Lord is eternally present in each of us as an eternal guide, guru , friend and mentor.
Our Lord Sri Krishna's past times are known , enjoyed and appreciated only by his staunchest devotees, others are not aware of a single secret of our lord's sovereign science and hence they are like the capsized boat , they only sink deeper never to reach the shore.
In fact , the highest most fantastic point to be noted , the devotees of our Lord Sri Krishna do not want to waste their precious time in useless analysis , unnecessarily questioning our impeccable holiest scriptures , foolishly dissecting every action and purpose of our Lord Sri Krishna. We his pure devotees are only happiest to include him in each of our minutest actions, to sing and dance joyfully to the most divine tunes of our lord's melodious flute, to forget our Lord as the cosmic head but to lovingly grapple him as our most closest and adoring friend, family and father .
The purest devotees love our Lord Sri Krishna unconditionally , which is why , our Lord loves SriVrindavan , for here he tries to forget his countless duties as the supreme personality of godhead and for few moments is the most happiest to be in the company of the highly evolved gopas and gopis who did not expect or ask one needle worth from our Lord Sri Krishna but loved him dearly with the greatest faith , love and purest devotion.
Again in this divine chapter, our Lord Sri Krishna is very lucid that the only way to link lovingly with our Lord Sri Krishna is to be devoted to him at all times, trust him and his ways. We need to know for sure , that the very best will come to each one of us, at the right time, as ordained by our Lord.
Our Lord Sri Krishna, finally communicates in this Chapter, what is the purpose and use of knowing in detail , such complicated knowledge of his workings and ways when in reality, all we should know is that the entire universe is held by our Lord Sri Krishna's yogic power and each one of us must gently hold on to his divine most pink lotus feet.
Most simple act from us towards permanent salvation. Every other elaborate, detailed knowledge of the entire creation process is unnecessary and redundant ,absolutely useless for us. It is just like, at a micro level, the most incompetent subordinate who desperately wants to take over the role of the chairman of the company . Can he, will he, ? Impossible!. Lets not even try and aim a blind goal .Surely, we will lose permanently here and hereafter also. Let alone compete and compare with our Lord Sri Krishna , none in the whole globe ,can dare to emulate our Lord, for he is the most unique of all, each and every qualities of compassion, right forbearance, truth, ethics, empathy , kindness etc emanate, originate and rest only in our Lord Sri Krishna, none else.
Suffice it to say, let us from this moment itself , abandon every other theory and know for sure that our only prime most duty is towards our Lord Sri Krishna , every other duties should revolve around the nucleus only and that the centre point of gravity is our Lord Sri Govinda only.This priceless treasure trove information directly from our Lord, master of all the universe , Lord Sri Krishna himself, so no two opinions or debate at all, we have to blindly implement all the principles of our most divine Srimadh Bhagavad Gita , without an iota of doubt.
CHAPTER XI – THE YOGA OF THE UNIVERSAL FORM OF OUR LORD SRI KRISHNA.
Till now, we have been hearing about the glories and the inconceivable powers of our Lord Sri Krishna, from himself. In this chapter XI, Arjuna Maharaja sees, experiences , recounts and authenticates first hand, all what our Lord has spoken .
Arjuna communicates to our Lord Sri Krishna, that he wants to see the cosmic self of our Lord . A very special eye is vouchsafed to him by our Lord, for our ordinary eyes will be totally incapable to view such a brighest celestial sight .
When our Lord Sri Krishna assumes the unimaginable gigantic universal cosmic form Arjuna trembles like a tiny leaf with the highest fear , for his cosmic form is so frightful to behold , the sight is terrible, so many demi gods entering and exiting our Lord, the evil doers like Duryodhana and others already crushed , stuck in between our lords teeth and totally annihilated, the various other sight like our Lord adorned with sandal paste with scores of astras, shastras etc is a marvellous magical sight that totally throws Arjuna out of gear.
Many saints have conveyed this universal form would not have been revealed by our Lord Sri Krishna to Arjuna, but time and again, he wanted to know the glories of our Lord , he wanted our Lord to prove that all what he has spoken is all that he really is.. It is well known, that those whom we love unconditionally, we never want any proof of their greatness, but even if one bit of doubt is there , then we request further details.
There are fewest devotees who love our Lord Sri Krishna like our Lord Sri Hanuman , topmost devotee ,who blindly follows our Lord with the highest faith and respect , whereas many of us want to keep on seeking countless clarifications like Arjuna and hence our Lord had to show his supreme universal form as the cosmic head to Arjuna, to dispel his countless doubts, this once again is the highest indication of the most humblest quality of our Lord Sri Krishna. Our Lord is not accountable to any one of us ever , but his unconditional truest love for us , despite his sole supremacy , makes him clear all our doubts at all times . Arjuna loses his mental balance and composure, for all this while, he has connected with our Lord Sri Krishna as a friend and family.
On numerous occasions , he has playfully teased our Lord because he never knew that he is the sole cosmic head of the entire universe and now witnessing his universal gigantic form ,which has no beginning, middle or end ( seamless ), Arjuna is filled with utter remorse and repentance about his casual attitude towards our Lord and hence countless times he pleads guilty.He seeks pardon and falls down at the divine most lotus feet of our Lord Sri Krishna with total repentance , confusion and shame. Arjuna understands very clearly, that our Lord Sri Krishna is most ancient , foremost and hence stands speechless . His whole body is trembling with awe and admiration and he begs our Lord to regain his original most attractive , pleasant and beautiful maha divya mangala swaroopam ( holiest of holy personal form ) .
Our Lord Sri Krishna immediately obliges and shows him the most charming form with four beautiful hands with lotus , mace , conch and holiest discus. This magnificent most pleasing form is very difficult to be blessed with but Arjuna is one of the few fortunate ones to be bestowed of such a priceless gift.
Seeing this beauty par excellence form of our Lord ,he regains his calm and bows and seeks the Divine most blessings of our Lord SriGovinda with the deepest devotion and our Lord readily and happily blesses Arjuna, who is yet to recover from the shock. We can imagine Arjunas condition too well, for the universal form of our Lord Sri Krishna, is all encompassing and so gigantic, that at our mini micro atomic existence, it is incomprehensible.
Finally ,our Lord Sri Krishna once again, conveys, that those pure devotees, who depend solely on our Lord, for their mere existence, who love our Lord dearly , our Lord will ever embrace them and bind them with him.Some people always question why does our Lord Sri Krishna repeat countless times the same things? There is nothing wrong at all in this , the most vital points have to be emphasized, re- emphasized countless times for it to permanently sink into our minds.Why do we stick many positive reaffirmations in our room , for the simple reason , when we keep seeing, noting and imbibing , we certainly will implement them ,at the very earliest for our well being. Similarly our Lord Sri Krishna , at the highest inconvenience to himself, has to repeat the sovereign truth countless times for us to put it to practice .More than our Lord , we stand to benefit , for getting free from every material contamination and getting our soul redeemed ,to an eternal abode of happiness, truth and goodness is our best fortune.
CHAPTER XII - THE YOGA OF DEVOTION OF LORD SRI KRISHNA
Arjuna wants clarification from our Lord, "Which of the devotee is most dearest to our Lord Sri Krishna?"
Those who are best at Sankhya Yoga(path of knowledge ) or those who worship our Lord with utmost devotion , surrendering everything unto his divine most lotus feet , Karma Yoga ( path of action and prapathi) .
Please imagine ,in the midst of the most gruesome Kurukshetra battle, our Lord Sri Krishna ,is so lovingly and patiently answering so many questions, when he could have refrained from doing so. Our Lord ,at his most exalted position, need not at all agree ,to address so compassionately, to all our queries, yet our Lord is known in all the worlds, to be the most easily accessible, friendly and loves us to a fault (supreme traits of sausheeliyam and saulabhyam)
Our Lord responds saying both the types of devotees reach him but the devotee who traverses on the path of karma and prapathi , that is total unconditional surrender is very speedily rescued for the route is easy and most comfortable for all types of devotees.
It is very difficult to meditate on a formless/total abstract aspect for the ordinary folks , but everyone can adopt and adapt , to put their lives , in total trust at the divine most lotus feet of our Lord with the superb understanding that come what may , our Lord Sri Krishna is ever there for each one of us 365 24 7. Our Lord is our only truest well wisher and best friend.
When every of our mortal relations forsake us in times of difficulties, they could be as close as the one who gave us birth or the one whom we have given birth, each one of us are mere temporary pilgrims on our dearest mother earth and every relation ends here , no carry forward at all.
In the pursuit of linking ourselves with the perishable ( all the mortal relations ) we will lose the most eternal supreme personality of godhead our dearest Lord Sri Krishna. We need to constantly think , sing and dance to the divine most music of our Lord SriGovinda. Our life breath is for and because of our Lord only.
Those of us, who are constantly enjoying the material, never ever reach the transcendental , for they do not elevate their thoughts, actions and deeds. They sink further and further and their karma makes them to get crushed repeatedly into the most vicious cycles of birth and death. Yet, such kind of people prefer the material world the most, one word in praise of our Lord Sri Krishna is impossible for them to utter. Such people of rajasic and tamasic disposition( passionate and stupor ) never wish to get out of the material contamination.
Our Lord Sri Krishna wants us to constantly meditate on his divine most glories, maintain silence, undertake fasting , peace and universal brotherhood at all times. In times of difficulties, few hypocrites keep blaming our Lord Sri Krishna for their misfortune but never admit that their karma has led them to such a despicable state.
Such people are the eternal lost souls who are experts in the art of finding faults and wrongly blaming our Lord Sri Krishna for their PLIGHT but in their happiest moments they will never thank our Lord for his countless mercies, undeserved on them.
Our Lord Sri Krishna once again mentions that those devoid of any ill feeling towards anyone, reconciling themselves to every situation, maintaining an equanimity in the good and the bad times, forever singing and praising our Lord Sri Krishna with absolute unshakable trust, faith and hope undoubtedly reach him.
Such staunchest devotees of our Lord Sri Krishna break away the shackles of the transient material world filled with contamination, speak less, eat only to maintain their life, forever meditate on the futility and innumerable sorrows of the human birth .
Their total belief that in this illusory world , the only truth is our Lord Sri Krishna and his highest sole supremacy , rest all, such evolved souls, discard in total and hence become the closest to our Lord Sri Krishna and countless benedictions of our Lord Sri Krishna is showered upon them and our Lord Sri Krishna personally comes to be an eternal part of them as an antaryaami ( in dweller in their hearts ).
Thus , this chapter Yoga of Devotion once again ends in the most positive note by our Lord conveying that those who live solely for our Lord Sri Krishna's happiness , well being and very lovingly serve our Lord at all times , without any doubt, will reach him. Satyam , Satyam Punha Satyam (Truth, Truth and once again Truth)
CHAPTER XIII - THE YOGA OF THE BODY (KSHETRA ) AND THE JEEVATHMA (INDIVIDUAL SOUL KSHETRAJNA
Our Lord Sri Krishna , in this chapter, clearly draws a border, on the difference between a body(field,Kshetra) and the knower of the field ( Kshetrajna). Our body is a mere physical case to enshrine our brilliant dazzling mini micro atomic soul. The purpose of our body ends with offering protection to the soul, just like our clothes protect our self respect.
The duty of our soul, begins immediately ,after getting a cover, our soul has to constantly , as an ever ongoing process , eternally serve our Lord Sri Krishna by meticulously including our Lord in all our activities , no matter how miniscule .
Our soul has to perform all the duties as per its karmic injunctions but with detachment (Nishkaama karma).We have to keep on fulfilling all our worldly duties non stop , but without any attachment. It may sound quite difficult for the beginner's but over the passage of time , this sovereign science and secret imparted by our Lord Sri Krishna is the simplest for in this path our Lord Sri Krishna carries all our burden.
Our only duty is merrily singing our lord's immense glories, offering him prasadam( food ), vastram ( holy attire ) , theertham ( water ) , purest incense sticks and sandal paste , pretty scented flowers etc. Loving voluntary eternal service to our Lord SriGovinda is all that we need to do.
All this does not take more than few moments but the gift for this loving service can never be measured for our Lord will shower in bountiful his choicest mercy , grace and benediction. Failing to understand this simplest of simple principle , caught between the material ,we keep madly running from person to person to rescue us. How can they save us when they themselves are painfully stuck in the never ending samsaric ocean.
Why plead the mere mortals for our livelihood when our most beloved Lord Sri Krishna is waiting anxiously to treat us as the royal most prince , princess , queen or King?.Why accept something inferior from some worthless mortal who will seek so many unpleasant favours from us thereby ruling and ruining us?
Whilst worshipping our Lord Sri Krishna, we have to at all times, offer our most respectful salutations to our most beloved cosmic mother our dearest Sri Mahalakshmi Amma (Sri Radha Amma )
We should always bow our head to both our cosmic master Sri Krishna and our cosmic mother Sri Mahalakshmi Amma as one greatest cosmic force , both are Parmaatman and inseparable. Our cosmic mother permanently resides in the divine most lotus heart of our Lord Sri Krishna and our place too is well in advance decided , the most holiest of holy lotus feet of our Lord Sri Krishna, very safely and comfortably we can live with the greatest joy and peace.
Our cosmic mother is daya devi ( ocean of compassion), without her divine most intervention, we cannot even dream of earning the mercy of our Lord Sri Krishna, for our Lord acts fully under the gentle control of our cosmic mother. We can reach our Lord only if our mother approves.The five elements, our indriyams and the karmeindriyams ( our senses ), ego, intellect, mind etc are body oriented . Similarly kindness,detachment, silence, meditation , yoga, empathy , truth etc are the traits of our soul.Our body is the actual temple,our soul ( antaryaami ) is our Lord Sri Krishna in micro atomic size. Our Lord Sri Krishna residing in each of our hearts captures all our thoughts, actions and at all times tries to save us from committing gravest sins , provided we surrender and listen to his voice. If we fail to obey the commands of our antaryaami, the effects are disastrous,once again stuck in the speeding cruelest wheels of life and death.
I , me and myself has to be shunned from the roots , over attachment to wife, children and family to be totally avoided, yes one has to, lovingly perform ones duties towards all our near and dear ones but as a command from our Lord Sri Krishna, as for and on behalf of our Lord.
Each of the soul is threaded on to our Lord Sri Krishna and is his sole possession and creation. By doing our duties diligently , we are discharging them as a smallest speckle and a medium of our master at the divine most lotus feet of our Lord. Nothing belongs to us here and hereafter, we are mere pilgrims with an extremely limited shelf life. In this very limited time we need to ,at jet set speed chalk a simplest path towards our Lord Sri Krishna.
In case, we miss this opportunity, we are lost ever for the human birth is the most difficult one to obtain , if with this form we are unable to reach our Lord Sri Krishna, we have lost the most golden chance and as usual once again, the grinding cruel cycle of repeated births , deaths and permanent sorrow .
We have to be extremely mindful of our actions. Continuously reciting the holiest of holy mahamantra " Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare " is the only elixir that can save us in this most dreaded Kali yug ( darkest age of evil and sins ).
The people who cannot differentiate between the body ( hardware ) and the soul ( software ) is a permanently lost soul , never to be ever redeemed.
Thus our Lord Sri Krishna wants us to fully comprehend the birthless, non decaying eternal soul and the most perishable body for us to conduct our self in such a way that we have to give up all material contamination and build a bridge with our Lord Sri Krishna as the sole controller to his most beautiful abode SriParmapadam, a land of no return filled with joy, truth and goodness. Now or never.
CHAPTER XIV - THE YOGA OF THE THREE GUNAS - SATTVA (GOODNESS), RAJAS (PASSION ) AND TAMAS (LAZINESS)
Every jeevaathma ( atomic soul ) has three gunas ( qualities ) in some degree and magnitude. The three gunas are sattva ( goodness ), rajas ( passion ) and tamas ( sloth, laziness and stupor).
Depending on our past and present karmas, these three gunas , rule us. If we have done / doing benevolent acts Sattva, goodness will rule , if we perform greater acts of passion , of fruitful actions etc Rajas rules and if we are permanently in death like state, laziness and absolute inaction , then the worst of the three gunas , tamas predominates our actions. One thing is very clear , apart from the liberated souls , our cosmic master Lord Sri Krishna and our cosmic mother Sri Maha Lakshmi Amma , all these three gunas will exist in us.
Each of us have to make every attempt under the sole guidance of our Lord Sri Krishna to perform saatvik acts thereby leading our souls to higher planes, raajasik acts lead us to temporary residence of action and tamasic acts directly land a soul to the lowest form of existence such as the beasts , insects and reptiles and even still worse forms.
Tamas is the lowest form of existence, if in this very limited transient period , we are unable to upgrade ourselves to satva guna we have definitely ruined the very core purpose of elevating ourselves thereby diving low beneath the ground level.
Our Lord Sri Krishna's message has to be, first very attentively listened to, second deciphered rightly and above all thirdly implemented to the full satisfaction of our Lord Sri Krishna. If any blunder, at any stage occurs , the results are very disastrous, no retrieval possible, only permanent irreversible damage .
While we are dwelling on such powerful tenets of life, so authored by our Lord Sri Krishna himself , we have to be very vigilant in its implementation and at all times seek the divine most guidance of our lord Sri Krishna himself for who better than our sole cosmic head to rescue and mentor us. Not possible by any other entity at all, only the supreme personality of god head , our Lord Sri Krishna can bail us out here and hereafter.
The satvika persons ascends upwards, the rajasika person is positioned in the middle whereas the tamasika person sinks rock bottom.
Those who view all the pairs of opposites , the joy and the sorrow, the good and the bad, life and death in an absolutely calm and composed mind ( Sthithprajna , equanimous mind ) , treats the highest and the lowest as one and the same reaches our Lord Sri Krishna. The rajasika person governed by passion , fruitful actions, greed etc is tossed and turned by the vicious cycles of life and birth and the Tamasika person ,forever in death like state , aimlessly wanders as a ghost and a vampire and will never ever be redeemed until he elevates and reforms that too very quickly before leaving his mortal coil. Once the body is shed, immediately the karmas start acting.
With this , we can wonder with awe and admiration of our super marvellous creator , our Lord Sri Krishna . What a nitya vibhuti ! that an ordinary mortal can even dream of understanding, such is the immeasurable towering heights of our Lord Sri Krishna. Only genius !.
If at our micro atomic existence , are able to appreciate our Lord Sri Krishna and his powers , at our non existent stature, we stand blessed by our creator lord SriGovinda. By not doing anything at all, but by merely looking up to our Lord Sri Krishna , half the purpose of our life is solved and discharged accurately, the other half wholeheartedly surrendering unto the divine most beautiful lotus feet of our Lord Sri Krishna is fulfilled in total. The simplest of simple art and science with 100% guaranteed success.
All the three gunas has to be transcended by us now , the only supermost authority who can help us in this extremely complicated tough process is our Lord Sri Krishna. We need to gently surrender our heaviest karmic load unto our Lord.
Our Sri Krishna will burn all our sins like huge inflamed bales of cotton . Within seconds, the whole lot is destroyed, so also, if we entrust ourselves to our Lord Sri Krishna without any analysis , our Lord Sri Krishna will effortlessly unburden us of the heaviest weight of our bad karmas of the countless births we have passed through and bring the much needed relief and solace to our withered body and tormented soul.
CHAPTER XV - THE YOGA OF THE SUPREME PERSON
Our Lord Sri Krishna conveys that the pipal tree is an eternal one , it's deep roots represent our dearest Lord Sri Krishna who is the root cause of all creations, it's stem represents Brahma , it's leaves are the divine Vedas .The most peculiar feature of this ancient tree is its roots are spread on all sides , generally a root is that part of a tree , which is hidden inside the ground , but in the case of the holy pipal tree , its tender leaves represent the three gunas.
Depending on the purity of our actions, our respective individual soul is bound , just as the roots of the pipal tree ,the roots stationed upwards represents our saatvik guna, the middle roots represent our raajasika guna and the roots falling downwards depict our tamasik guna sinking below the ground.
The formidable pipal tree, which at first appears invincible , but later on we learn that the tree can be totally rooted out, just like our rajaasika and taamasika gunas too need to be destroyed from the roots itself in order to weed out our passion , fruitful actions and laziness which is equated with death like state.We have to transcend and cut across every boundary and come out of the three gunas by constantly praying to our most primeval super soul our Lord Sri Krishna. This means the balance sheet of our life has to be nullified , no debits no credits zero balance . This is never possible by our own efforts, only our Lord Sri Krishna is the sole supreme authority who can wipe our very dusty slate of karmas.
Our Lord Sri Govinda will do it for us if we can convince and captivate him very gently , honestly, lovingly and unconditionally . Our Lord Sri Krishna is truest pristine love personified , all he asks of us is our unalloyed love, rest he will take care. Our Lord Sri Krishna is very categorical , that unless the soul realizes him to be the supreme most personality of godhead and the originator of all the creations it will be permanently lost to this world and every other .One has to make every attempt to know our divine most super Lord Sri Krishna , and through his adorable grace " Reach him Through him".
We can succeed only if our Lord so desires, for our Lord Sri Krishna is the sole authority to decide the fate of each and every soul.The super yogi who has given up every attachment to all the pairs of opposite permanently reaches our Lord's abode which is so dazzling that even the radiance of billion suns would fall short of the brilliance, lustre and light of Sri Parmapadam.
More than the brightness of our lords abode is the parmaatmana chaitanya ( brightest of bright light ) who is our Lord himself known as parabrahmachaitanya,the super most divine jyothi ( light ). Our jeevaathma ( individual soul ) is a fraction of our lords super soul, our Lord Sri Krishna resides inside as an antaryaami totally pure, pristine and unaffected by the impurities of our actions.
Our Lord Sri Krishna stands totally detached from each of us , is our impartial best friend , yet is embedded in each of his creations. A marvel which none of us can gauge and this will be an eternal mystery to each one of us. To be aware of such a stupendous power of our Lord Sri Krishna is one thing but to grasp the entire process of the creation by us is next to impossible for such a complicated system can be controlled effectively and efficiently only by our Lord Sri Krishna.
We need not feel sad or despondent on this, for our duty is only towards our Lord Sri Krishna and serving him very lovingly , we need not complicate our already complex existence by being eager to understand our lord's duty which none in all the world till date has succeeded at. Let each one of us concentrate on our respective duties at our individual level which our Lord has ordained and lead a very carefree uncomplicated life . Singing, dancing and chanting of our lords holiest of holy names is our prime most duty to be taken care of by us, rest our Lord Sri Krishna will act upon as he always has.
If one is aware that our soul and body are different , our body is illuminated only till our soul resides in it , the moment the soul departs from the body , our body starts decaying from that moment itself. Our soul depending on its karma will migrate to another physical form at the time ordained by our Lord Sri Krishna.This core fact , if one contemplates constantly upon , our actions will get purer for we have to qualify ourselves to reach Sri Parmapadam, our truest original abode. We are the lost souls here in search of our origin which is our Lord Sri Krishna himself.
Finally, once again our Lord Sri Krishna concludes " HE IS PARMAATMAN , PURUSHOTHAMA THE SUPREME SUPER SOUL AND THE SOLE CREATOR OF ALL THE WORLDS."FULL STOP. PERIOD. MOST TRUTHFUL ASSERTION BY OUR LORD SRI KRISHNA. NO FURTHER ANALYSIS REQUIRED AT AT OUR END.
CHAPTEER XVI - THE YOGA OF THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE DIVINE AND THE DEMONIC
This chapter, is one of the most important chapter, especially for those, pure souls who always keep wondering " Why me? Why do best people suffer? How does an evil person prosper ever? Our Lord painstakingly and very convincingly puts to rest our doubts and clears our confused my mind. Our Lord Sri Krishna has classified only two types of people the Divine and the demonic. All other man-made differences on the basis of caste, creed, religion ,gender etc is not supported at all by our Lord Sri Krishna, for when we are relating ourselves as bright sparkling imperishable soul which is bright sparkling light, then these dividing parameters have to be shunned.
When all of our lords creations are his divine children ,then why should we overrule our Lord SriGovinda's divine commandments. The Divine people are those who treat each and every of our lords creations as their very own, always nurture goodness, sow truth , reap love , plant empathy, blossom peace, entertain noble thoughts, think only of the happiness of our Lord Sri Krishna, meticulously follow all our scriptural injunctions ,ever ready to wipe the tears of all, throw the ego out, respect all, burn the triple gate of hell comprising of greed, worry and jealousy , stand true to ones commitment, lovingly spread the greatness and sole supremacy of our Lord only to his loved ones and not as an imposition or forced conversion.
Such divine person glows and spreads positivity , brings rains and prosperity for our Lord Sri Krishna loves every person who possess such immaculate divine qualities and is ever bound to our Lord and many times our Lord to this day and times even personally comes before such kind souls. Our Lord Sri Krishna enlightens us about the demonic characters wicked to the core. Their mere existence causes bad omen , nature's fury like Tsunamis, earthquakes , floods and draught.
They spread terror, their mere presence can cause mental havoc, they steal, molest and murder , they claim that they are most powerful and above all , never love our most compassionate Lord Sri Krishna. They view the whole world topsy - turvy , they keep amassing wealth by false means, greed, avarice, evilness is their crowning glory and they will stoop to any length to get their work done, ingratitude, harassing the divine souls , power corrupt , creating terror and indulging in every activity which is against our scriptures and yet claiming they are right, what is day to the divine is night to the demonic , what is truth for the pure is falsehood to these cunning lot, they view everything upside down.
Their very presence can cause great destruction , in short they fear none, not even our most loving Sri Krishna. The best part is their end is also too sudden and they are crushed and shredded to pieces by our Lord Sri Krishna himself. They suffer and serve in the foulest of foul hell , they get redeemed only during delusion and yet despite all their atrocities they do not mend their ways.
When a devilish person does not fear our Lord Sri Krishna , it is a known undebated fact, his end is very near and HOW!. The darkest messengers of Yama, the demi God of death, drag him mercilessly chaining him and beating him continuously and then they throw him in the most terrible conditions where worst than a slave his future dangles like a sword of Damocles over his foolish head.
Why does our Lord Sri Krishna paint such a horrible image ? only one reason " BEWARE ! RED ALERT ! ". This chapter is a warning to all such people with demonic disposition , a danger signal reform now or face the music later. Our Lord Sri Krishna will not stop to personally terminate these lowly creatures.
The fate of Ravana, Hiranyakashapu and countless other horrible soul is for everyone to know that history will repeat itself again, again and once again, our most beloved Lord SriNarsimha, against every grain of his most compassionate nature will claw to death and annihilate these horrendous lot. Our Lord Sri Krishna's promise to each one of us. Thus, the chapter ends with severe warning bells ringing in each of our ears to refrain from every demonic act and fully adhere to being divine otherwise incurring the wrath of our Lord Sri Krishna can throw the evil off gears.
CHAPTER XVII - THE YOGA OF THE DIVISION OF THE THREE FOLD GUNAS
Arjuna, wants to know ,from our Lord Sri Krishna, the ultimate fate of those who worship gods and demi gods and work against the scriptural injunctions laid down by our Parmaatman Lord SriGovinda. Instead of solely surrendering unto the divine most lotus feet of our Lord and master of the whole universe , there are those who act arbitrarily.
Our Lord Sri Krishna conveys that those possessing the saatvik gunas worship gods, the raajasik ones worship demons and demi gods and the tamaasik , the less said the better, they worship the evil spirits and the wandering ghosts. Prasaadam ( food ) which is mild, refreshing, nurturing and has cooling effect is partaken of, by the saatvik which further enhances their goodness and strength of character, food that is too pungent, sour, sweet etc is relished by the raajasik which leads them to sorrow, uncontrolled anger, jealousy and other evil traits and the taamasik thrive on stale food , overly cooked and lying in stale conditions for days resulting in sloth , laziness and stupor.
The sacrifice fully as per our Lord Sri Krishna's approval and is performed by the saatvik without any expectations of results and solely for our Lord Sri Krishna and his happiness will yield the best results, the sacrifice which is over brimming with ego, false pride, a sense of ownership and purely for vanity, results in losses, grief and mixed reaction of good and bad put together and the sacrifice without the authority of our Lord Sri Krishna , without any faith , totally devoid of goodness and truth culminates in an absolutely horrible result and that is to sink ever in the lowest worlds invaded by the ghosts and evil spirits.
Charity done with a purest heart , to a deserving person, without any expectations at the right time in the right manner as prescribed by our Lord Sri Krishna will open the golden doors of our SriParmapadam. Charity done with show and pomp , to a misplaced undeserving person , with a total eye towards something in return will elicit the lower world and the worst of all charity done totally in a disdainful spirit to a evil demonic person , against our lord Sri Krishna's desire is a sure shot route towards destruction and the foulest of foul hell is ready to engulf violently these taamisik lot.
So the final inference which we can easily draw upon is to cultivate saatvikness which is the most conducive form of life, raajasik and taamasik tendencies pave the path of hell but the worst is Taamasik , if in this life we are not able to elevate ourselves from the despicable tamas we are ruined ever. No further chance, only permanent irredeemable status. The evil soul has to wait patiently for redemption , till the time of the deluge where our Lord Sri Krishna will absorb / take in the whole of his creations into his golden stomach.
Our Lord Sri Krishna is crystal clear in his bifurcation, we have to de-code his divine most message exactly " as is where is " otherwise the thin line of separation between the good and the bad gets obliterated, the correct sense of the power of right discrimination is lost and the terrible consequences of repeated births and deaths is inevitable.
As we are reaching towards the conclusion of our divine most discourse of our Srimadh Bhagavad Gita, most lovingly imparted by none other than the supreme most personality of Godhead , our dearest Lord Sri Krishna, prime among all gurus ( adi guru ). All of us, by now have realized, that whatever has to be done , it is to be undertaken just now , no procrastination at all . We are eternally groping in the dark , the only option and the very best one at that, is to lovingly and very gently hold on to the divine most pink lotus feet of our Lord Sri Krishna. Our most exalted Lord only can redeem us, neither our efforts nor anyone in all the globes can do that . So with total surrender and devotion , let us all lovingly chant in chorus " Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare ." Jai Sri RadhaKrishna, Jai Sri Ranga JaiSriGovinda. OM TAT SAT.
CHAPTER XVIII - THE YOGA OF THE ULTIMATE LIBERATION THROUGH THE PATH OF KNOWLEDGE AND SELF SURRENDER
We have come to the concluding most important foundation chapter of our divine Srimadh Bhagavad Gita Chapter XVIII . It is said by our reverential srivaishnava sages, saints, acharyans and renounced mahanubhava yogis, if for some reason, we are unable to comprehend the first to seventeen chapters but able to fully implement the principles enunciated by our dearest Lord Sri Krishna of the eighteenth chapter we surely will reach our Lord Sri Krishna without any iota of doubt, 100% fixed .
In fact many exalted srivaishnava saints ,repeatedly request each one of us to , with full faith, hope and trust to read at least one verse of the eighteenth chapter everyday , then our Lord Sri Krishna will personally come to take us back, such is the super power of this most important, beautiful and loving chapter .
The most marvellous charma shloka with a sovereign message by our Lord ,that if one is not able to practice Sankhya Yoga, Karma Yoga and any other scriptural injunctions, perform the rites and the rituals, but very lovingly ever, holds on gently to the divine most pink beautiful lotus feet of our Lord Sri Krishna with full gratitude , contentment and continuous chanting of Dwaya mantra " Sriman Srinarayanyam charanau sharanam prabhatye, Srimathe SriNarayanaya Namaha " our life here and hereafter is fully secured in the cozy comfort of the lovely embrace of our Lord Sri Krishna.
This is a word of solemn promise by our sole creator , ruler and master of the entire universe our Lord Sri Krishna himself. A promise made by our Lord Sri Krishna will forever be adhered by his exalted self, the mighty Himalayas may crumble , mother Ganges may dry but our most beloved Lord Sri Krishna has, is and will ever stand by his promise. After this , am very sure, none of us need to worry, final and fixed, we are sure of being blessed with permanent salvation .
What a peaceful thought, totally freed from all the shackles of the transient world transported to a lovely , amazing and permanent abode of happiness, peace , truth and goodness .Our Lord advices us that the acts of sacrifice, charity and penance should not be given up but the sense of ownership has to be lovingly surrendered unto our Lord Sri Krishna. The doer, the deed and the fruit of action belongs solely to our Lord Sri Krishna , none else.
Yes, prohibited acts should be shunned totally, their performance will incur sin and increase our karmic load. Each one of us are helplessly drawn towards action depending on our past karmas, our body and soul are the drivers of all our actions, our senses, mind and intellect push us towards performance or non performance of an action and needless to say , pre ordained destiny as per our Lord Sri Krishna's assessment, as an eternal examination controller of our life. The karmas sown here will be reaped either in SriParmapadam ( abode of our Lord, permanent salvation) ,heaven, hell or the lowest world and on exhaustion of the merits / demerits back to the grind of repeated births and death. We need to rewind the entire messages of our Lord Sri Krishna time and again, understand its true purport, ponder on the three gunas , their effects and to cross over all the three, to fall under the category of the Divine, to avoid the demonic with a barge pole , to lovingly captivate our lord's most beautiful form as also the universal form, to lovingly hold on to our lords lotus feet, to constantly meditate on his holiest of holy names, to find a place at his lotus feet for his eternal loving devotional service and to ensure our Lord Sri Krishna is permanently bound with us.
Our Lord Sri Krishna finally concludes this most esoteric message of Srimadh Bhagavad Gita should be imparted to all the devotees who yearn for our lord Sri Krishna's august company , the person who spreads the holiest of holy personal message of our Lord Sri Krishna is permanently enshrined by our Lord in his lotus heart , is most dear to our Lord and without fail, our Lord will come in his most beautiful SriGaruda vehicle with our dearest most beloved mother Sri Maha Lakshmi Amma and lovingly carry us to SriParmapadam. Highest care and caution has to be exercised , that under no circumstances ,should this holiest of holy message be imparted to a person who does not love our Lord Sri Krishna, who is wanting of faith , who criticizes our creator and above all who possesses the demonic disposition. This is our lords verdict. Our Lord Sri Krishna also mentions happily that those of his loving children who keep sharing his divine most messages imparted in Srimad Bhagavad Gita are dearest of dear in his heart and none in the entire world can do a greater service to our Lord Sri Krishna than the devotee who lovingly , in large group of devotees , exchange our lords message with the highest joy as a matter of duty and not as a compulsive chore to be got over with.
Our Lord finally asks Arjuna whether he has listened and understood his divine most discourse and now, whether he is willing to fight and terminate the evil doers as a medium of our Lord.Arjuna with total respect and gratitude confirms to our Lord Sri Krishna that after hearing our Lord Sri Krishna's divine message , his doubts stand shredded and " HE IS READY TO ATTACK THE EVIL MINDED DURYODHAN WITH ALL HIS MIGHT WITH OUR MOST BELOVED SRIPARTHASARATHY , OUR MASTER OF ALL THE UNIVERSE .Sanjaya with tears of joy in his eyes , conveys , that our Lord in his supreme compassion deemed him fit to witness and narrate the entire most sovereign gospel of our Lord. He lovingly conveys wherever there is Arjuna and our Lord Sri Krishna there will be VICTORY, VICTORY AND SUPER VICTORY. Is this a conclusion of our Lord Sri Krishna's message? Or a beginning? Please decide for yourself.
My only prayer to our Lord Sri Krishna, master of the whole universe, is to bless each one of us, with an opportunity to ever and ever serve our divine consort in total bhakti ( devotion ) and prapathi ( surrender ) .May we ever be bound in the divine union with our Lord Sri Krishna. May our individual jeevathma reach the supreme abode of our parmaatma, our most beloved Sri Krishna in his eternal loving service as most ardently desired by our cosmic master Lord Sri Krishna.
