Teenagers ages 12 to 19 are invited to join Mahatma Dasa and his daughter, Syama Mandali Dasi, for an online weekend course exploring self-care from a Krishna-conscious perspective.

The Bhakti Self-Care Journey for Teens will help participants develop self-confidence and self-acceptance, better understand their emotions and beliefs, and establish healthy habits for long-term well-being. The course will also encourage teens to recognize their spiritual worth and support one another through shared accountability.

Two groups will be offered via Zoom. The first, presented in English, Spanish, and Russian, will meet August 8–9 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. EDT (6:00–9:00 p.m. IST). Check the time in your location.

The second group, offered in English and Spanish, will meet August 14–15 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. EDT. In India, the sessions will take place August 15–16 from 3:30 to 6:30 a.m. IST. Check the time in your location.

Parents and community leaders are encouraged to share the course with teenagers who may benefit. Registration and further details are available on the Sattva Jivanam website.

Questions may be sent to Mahatma.retreats@gmail.com.
