There were a lot of things “on the go” for me today. Before leaving for a frisky walk to Union Station to hit the commuter “GO train”, I was hearing the gory details of an abuse case that an acquaintance went through in Europe. (Details withheld). That was the third scenario. I heard this week for an hour long call.
Then I heard of some Hollywood scandal by a celeb, Diggy, whom I don’t really know - something to do with party abusiveness on minors and none. At this point it is not rumour, as such , or a question of “Did he?” Victims are coming out and saying, “He did !”
Our guru used to say to say about irregularities, “These things are going on !”
It was time for Udhava and I to get going for that trek south on Yonge St. It was tight for time to make it for that “Go Train” destined for Kitchener/Waterloo and an exit at the Mount Pleasant stop. That ambling down Yonge was more like a speed walk, but it was nice to be really on the go, despite the late Friday afternoon pedestrian run. The navigation through the crowds (nothing like the congestion on Chinese or Indian streets) was rather cool.
Was finally reached the “Go Station” at Union and we were admittedly a little panicky as to not be late. What is great about the train is that there is no blockage. Stops are quick at destination points. It’s just GO, GO, GO !
I like the GO train. In Sanskrit “Go” means cow. I also like cows.
