One time, Padma Purana says how when Bhakta Prahalad was preaching about Visnu bhakti and everything then, Hiranyakashipu got very angry and sent his soldiers to kill him. Whatever they would attack him with simply became blue lotuses. So he was covered by a big pile of blue lotuses. There were not able to harm him. Rather they were doing Pushpanjali!
