Sometimes great scholars in India cannot understand these pastimes with the queens of Dvaraka, or with the Gopis – the erotic pastimes. They don’t realize that even the soul is the energy of Krishna. Therefore, Krishna is the only Purusha in the sense that He is the only enjoyer. He is the Supreme Purusha and all the energies are His Prakriti.So it is natural that in the pastimes in the spiritual world, some devotees engage in the service in Krishna’s pastimes as His gopis or His wives but in the spiritual world there is no procreation. There is no sex as we know it in the material world.
