Dear Maharaja's and Prabhu's
Please accept my humble obeisance. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
We are extremely happy to announce the Grand Inauguration of "ISKCON Sri Sri Giridhari Dauji Mandir, Jaipur, also known as Gupt Vrindavan, has many of the prominent deities established by our Gaudiya Vaishnava Acharyas. Srila Prabhupada felt Jaipur to be a very important spiritual city and it was his keen desire to have a Krishna Balarama temple here.
In one letter Srila Prabhupada wrote
"So I want to open a duplicate Krishna Balarama temple in Jaipur. I am sending separately copies of pictures of our Krishna Balarama Temple in Vrindaban. Of course there is also Radha Krishna and Gaura Nitai. I wish that you have some land in Jaipur and help us in constructing a temple like in Vrindaban."- 13, July 1975.
To fulfil this dream of Srila Prabhupada, the construction of Sri Sri Giridhari Dauji temple was started under the shelter of Gopal Krishna Goswami, GBC and the guidance of Devakinandan Prabhu, Co-Zonal Secretary. Now we are celebrating the Grand Opening Ceremony with Pran Pratishtha of Sri Sri Radha Madan Mohan and Sri Sri Gaur Nitai.
This project includes a Brahmachari Ashram, Guest House, Govinda Restaurant, Prasadam Hall, Madhan Gopals Gift Shop and Vedic Library with Class Rooms for seminars and Bhakti Sastri. All complete and full functioning.
