ISKCON Gurugram increased the number of yatras in its Rath Yatra Carnival from eleven to twenty-five this year. These were held across Gurugram from July 15th to 25th. Each Rath Yatra featured devotional dancing, kirtan, dramas, and large-scale distribution of sanctified food (prasadam), creating an atmosphere of spiritual joy and celebration throughout the city. The Rath Yatra Carnival gave people from all walks of life—children, young adults, and senior citizens—with what can be called a rare opportunity in this cyber city to experience India’s rich Vedic culture, centered on God consciousness.
The Rath Yatras were organized at Pataudi, Sector 67, Essel Towers, Sector 45, Tata Primanti, Sohna, Farrukhnagar, SGT University, JMD Gardens, AIPL Essencia, Monsoon Breeze Society, Manesar, Nirvana Fresca, M3M Golf Estate, Sector 43, Orchid Avenue, Orchid Petals, Central Park Sohna, Central Park, Pranavananda International School (Sector 92), and Sector 9, among a few other locations.
