ISKCON Europe Excellence Award 2026 We are delighted and deeply grateful to share that His Grace Kalpapadapa Prabhu has received the ISKCON Europe Excellence Awards 2026 – GBC Special Recognition Award for Outstanding Pujari Seva. The award was announced at the European Leaders Meeting 27.9. New Mayapur, France.
In March 2026, Kalpapadapa Prabhu completed 40 years as a brahmachari and resident of the ISKCON Finland temple, having joined the ashrama on 2 March 1986. For approximately four decades, he has dedicated his life to devotional service, including nearly 40 years of pujari seva and more than 20 years as the temple’s head pujari.
His loving and dedicated service to Their Lordships Sri Sri Gaura-Nitai has been a constant and inspiring presence in the Finnish devotee community. His seva is marked by humility, responsibility, consistency and genuine affection for Their Lordships.
Beyond his pujari service, Kalpapadapa Prabhu has tirelessly contributed to temple maintenance and renovation, festivals, prasadam distribution, preaching and the spiritual life of the temple community. He has also helped share Krishna consciousness and prasadam with the wider Finnish public through his sincere, approachable and practical nature.
For generations of devotees, he has been an inspiring example of wholehearted devotional service — always ready to serve Krishna wherever needed.
