Is Shiv Samhita found today?

First understand their are two Shiv Samhitā, one is dedicated to Yōgic Kriyās and all and second one is dedicated to Rasopāsna of Śrī SītāRām.

The Shiv Samhitā which is available on Internet is actually Shiv Yog Samhitā but the second one is highly secretive, can only be found to the Rasik devotees of Lord Rāma (especially to Rāmānandīs).

In fact no one should have any doubt on its authenticity as it has been quoted in various scriptures;

1. In Bhaktmāl (in 1560)~

Śrī Bhaktmāl, Purvärdh, Chappay 27

2. In Śrī Brahma Vāivart Purān~

(Brahma Vāivarta Purān / Khand: 4 (Sri Krishna Janma Khanda:) / Chapter: 133 / Verse 24,25)

And this Shiv Samhitā comes under Nārad Pānch-Rātra as stated above in Shlokā !!

And don't worry !! above Reference are for that Rāsik Shiv Samhitā only.

But it can't be use in public circular as unauthorised people are prohibited to even touch that.

Sorry I can't quote Rāsik Shlokās but can quote Parattva Shlokās for Śrī Rām from this;

(Shiv Samhitā, Chapt. 2, Verses 17,16,20)

The lord of Ayodhyā is Śrī Rāma, who is also the lord of lords, because Mathurā and other liberating cities are from the portions of Śrī Rāma, therefore Śrī Jānki Nāth Raghunāth is always adorned everywhere. To fulfill the devotees' feelings and desires, the same Lord Śrī Rāma appears in Vaikuntha with four arms. Śrī Jānki, who is the Prān-Vallabhā of the Lord, endowed with the transcendental form of beauty, also ever dwells with two arms. Therefore this eternal two-armed form of Lord Rama is the supreme goal of the devotees who know the mystery of meditation.

(Shiv Samhitā Chapter 2, Verses 24-28)

Matsya- Kurma-Varaha- Narasimha and many types of Bhagwat Swarup- Vaikuntha Hayagriva- Hari- Vamana- Keshav- Yagya Narayan- Nara Narayan-Devkinandan Shri Krishna- Vasudev- Balaram- Prishni- Garbha- Madhusudan- Govind- Madhav- Sankarsaran- Anant, ilapati ( Prithu) Pradyuman - Aniruddha etc. vyuha, all of them always follow the orders of Sri Rama and shines with Sri Rama in the form of accompaniment. Along with all these, including all other gods and goddesses, Sri Rama is served as the great God. Being the original person who bestows all these wealth, Sri Rama alone is without God as he is GOD.

(Shiv Samhitā, chapter 2 verses 29-30)

Among the Indrās, the lord of all the Indrās, the Supreme Lord Shri Rām is Mahindra. Among the forms of Vishnu, the doer of Vedas and Vedanta is the universal Lord Shri Ram is Maha-Vishnü. Prajapati Brahmā’s doer-holder lord and the only Gati Shri Ram is Mahā-Brahmā, similarly Mahā Rudrā, the lord of all Rudras, the controller of crores of Rudras is also Prabhu Śrī Rām.

(Shiv Samhita, chapter 2, verse 36-39)
